We primarily require the subjects name and last known address. Any additional and/ or recent information is beneficial, such as a date of birth, original agreement address (if different from their last known address), telephone numbers. If you are submitting an employment status request it is also useful to know their last known employment details.
HOW SOON CAN WE RECEIVE A TRACE REPORT?All of our work is guaranteed to be returned within a twenty working day timescale, however clients generally receive trace reports within ten working days. Where urgency is required we also offer an express 24 hour trace service. We are aware that a quick turnaround is important to our customers and we will always ensure that the quality of our trace results is paramount.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE THE COMPLETED TRACE REPORTS?Most clients receive reports in e-mail format. That way the information can be processed quickly and it also reduces paperwork.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT LOCATE A SUBJECT?As we operate a 'no success, no fee' policy you would not be charged if we cannot locate your subject.
HOW MUCH WILL A TRACE COST?Our fees vary according to which service you may require and our rates are very competitive.
DO PREMIER LOCATE TRACE OVERSEAS?We regularly obtain overseas information for our clients. Although an international trace can be more complex we are able to locate subjects who have moved from the UK.
WILL OUR WORK BE OUT-SOURCED?Premier Locate do not outsource trace work. We undertake all work entrusted to us - from initial enquiry through to case confirmation and submitting the completed report back to you. Keeping all of our work in-house ensures security & compliance and provides a premium quality service. Premier Locate understands the importance of upholding our clients reputation and accordingly any tracing activities undertaken on their behalf are done so in a confidential & ethical manner that safeguards their company image and values. All and any data that is processed is always done so within the guidelines of the ICO, Data Protection
Act 2018 (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
DO PREMIER LOCATE PROVIDE A DEBT COLLECTION OR BAILIFF SERVICE?Although Premier Locate do not provide debt collection or bailiff services, we can provide you with the details of reputable companies who can provide these services if and when required.
